Ronny has been cutting my hair for over 5yrs now. once in a while he would miss some thing. this time he gave me a basic training hair cut. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

I felt tired and drab...and looked it. Then Ronnie whisked me into his chair - on his day off I might add - and made me look and feel like a princess. Love this place!

I had gone in to get my hair ombre . And right of the bat she started slapping on bleach to my hair. after she took my hair out it had over processed and bled. my hair was orange and there was a thick yellow chunk of blonde in my hair. the lady then proceeded to sit and say " wow I really like this, I'm very proud of this." and also the MANAGER said " oh wow that looks good, from AFAR." As serious as can be. so I asked for it to be toned and it didn't look any better. also I asked for ombre with highlights. the highlights themselves were ad least 2 inches from my roots (which isn't what I asked for.) so overall I do not recommend this salon for color or lightening. a week later I went to the Ritz and I'm very pleased with the work they did, and how they fixed my hair.
