“When I first walked into the Office Depot in Lapeer, I was greeted right away and asked how I was doing. Less than a minute later, another staff member approached and asked if I needed help with anything. The store itself was clean, organized, and free from any odd or irritating smells—which was definitely appreciated.

I spent a few minutes just browsing, and during that time, a third employee asked if I needed assistance. While I do appreciate attentive customer service, at that point I started to feel a bit rushed. I was only there for about 15 minutes, just looking around, and would’ve preferred a little more space to explore on my own.

Overall, great environment and friendly staff—just maybe a little too eager at times. Still, a solid experience and I’d definitely return.”
