Cramton Park

Hours: Cramton Park is a good and beautiful park for play or relaxing, often described as a nice little park and one of Lapeer's gems. It is a great place to bring the family. The park features multiple playgrounds with equipment, swing sets, and lots to climb on, suitable for a variety of ages including little kids. There are three separate areas with pavilions and ample picnic tables, and the covered picnic areas are noted as being clean. For larger events, it is best to call to reserve a pavilion in the summer. The park offers enough room for a small walk and has a full-size tennis court. A fun 11-hole disc golf course runs through the park, and a creek or river runs through it as well, with a bridge overlooking the water and walkable sections to get close. The park has trees that provide an appropriate amount of shade. Restrooms are open in spring, summer, and fall, with indoor facilities that have air conditioning and a drinking fountain. In winter, outhouse restrooms are provided. The park is okay for walking a dog on a leash, and dogs are commonly seen walked here. It is located near amenities like a Hungry Howie's pizza just down the street.
