“Wonderful experience!
My wife & I were looking for a specific GE stainless steel above the range microwave. After numerous trips to several big box stores with no luck, we called Reed’s & they had exactly what we wanted. Their store is about 25min from our home but the drive was well worth it. We purchased the microwave & fast forward 3 months & my wife accidentally broke the glass turntable that goes inside the microwave. We looked on Amazon & there were a lot of options & unfortunately the reviews were not good. So my wife called Reeds appliance & she spoke to Ellen. And all I can say is that Ellen went above & beyond to make sure that my wife would be able to replace the turntable the same day. The have earned a loyal customer in us. Do yourself a favor & purchase your appliances from them.”

“I went to the Lapeer T-Mobile store to see about getting internet service.The store was so busy, but they welcomed everyone walking in the door. Monica was working with three customers at one time and not one of us felt like we were being ignored. She joked with us, and Shuffle things around and took care of us all. With a huge smile on her face, she is amazing. 100 stars for her.”

“I know a lot of people are struggling with there experiences lately, especially since they took on Rite Aid patients. That said I've always gotten great care from the pharmacy and the store front is helpful when I need it.
Just a friendly reminder, a lot of the issues in pharmacy the staff doesn't control. Between Dr, Insurance and system they can often be as frustrated about it as you are. They are just people and have bad days too, try not to take it out on them.”
