I had a flooring install scheduled, paid, measured, signed for, materials ordered and delivered, 100% ready to go. I got a call the MORNING OF installation saying that they were cancelling the job. Not rescheduling ..cancelling. Oh I was beyond frustrated. I then had to work for a refund that excluded fees & deposits. So I'm in the hole AND don't have my flooring installed, at no fault of my own. Go elsewhere.

If it is your first time having windows replaced, do not use them. They do not listen. Since this was my first time ordering windows I did not know the terminology in the order form, but I had made it clear what I wanted and he ignored it. I said I liked the style at the top of the window he showed me during his pitch (see attached picture) and added the other companies did not show me one like that, which is why I had ultimately gone with Home Depot. The term for it is grids, which I learned when the windows that arrived said \\\"no grids\\\". It might cost a little more, but use professionals. I sincerely regret going with the cheap option on quotes. Despite that not being the main factor for my choice, it was a reflection of their quality. Will be using the other company that quoted me to replace my doors to avoid more disappointment.

had a vanity & little cabinet on clearance took to register rang up $0.01 each. because it rang up like that per corporate the store can't sell it. thanks for ruining my favorite store to shop at. I will never buy anything from home depot again. plans of new house being built this spring...Lowes or Menards here we come.

Had Anderson sliding doors installed, great guys very professional, neat and clean! They did a fantastic job! I'd recommend them 100%! Great job guys!!

Went to Home Depot for washer and dryer. Lady was very rude. The ones we picked we can't get til the end of May. So she showed me the most expensive other ones. Then when I said yeah I'm not spending that much she's like well looks like you'll be going to the laundromat huh? These aren't cheap appliances. You'll have to spend money to get anything. I told her well I’m going to have to think about that and look other places. She tells me you won’t find anything else sooner or better priced, I can’t guarantee that. Took me 5 mins and best buy has the same washer and dryer combo and free delivery & install for this Friday. Good luck scamming other young couples into overpriced appliances!

Don't let anyone try to sell you "Life Proof" carpet...it's not really life proof and they will not replace it. Theremember is no warranty when it comes down to it.

Visited the Lapeer Store on Father's Day to purchase some merchandise and get help with a Vendor letter which directed me to the Service Desk. The female employee at the Service Desk said she needed a Managers's assistance. Took almost fifty minutes for the " alleged manager " , Hank to show up ! The store wasn't even busy. Definitely lacking in people skills...Hank stated.." this isn't coming out of My Store...his attitude and body language quite hostile and belligerent. " Manager " a definite misnomer. Paid for and loaded purchase from main store. Went to Nursery and requested assistance loading some garden/landscape materials. Female clerk stated. .." you'll probably have to do it yourself...I don't think I have anyone available " Monday morning Hank the " Manager " called me..with his air of hostility...they will contact you and direct you to another location. I attempted to ask him a question and he just talked over me and hung up. These Big Box home and building products store are essentially large self-help " vending machines " And there is a push for $15.00 per hour minimum wage ! Both of these Home Depot employees would be overpaid @ $8.00 per hour.
