I had such a great experience! The most beautiful spa I’ve ever been to. This place is very clean, aesthetically pleasing and very relaxing. Do yourself a favor and go here for your next manicure and pedicure!

I came in today after a long time being gone and when it comes to my nails I am very picky. I had to ask numerous times to file my nails better so they weren't so long and rough at the edges. I had gel tips put on one tip was completely crooked and they didn’t like the fact that I asked for it to be fixed. I was lectured and finally had to tell Tony to please be nice.
In the end I was charged $95! No, that's not a typo! $95! For one service of Gel Tips. I'm outraged and fuming and will tell everyone that I know in the area to stay away. You will be talked about while you're sitting there, treated badly and over-charged. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

I came in for a pedicure yesterday I always have issues with my ankle the tattooed Asian guy got most of the stiffness out of my foot I will definitely be going back and request him again my foot has not been this comfortable in so long. I went in again today I did a walk in this time so didn't get a chance to request a certain person but the other Asian guy did really good also I have been low on money but knew I needed one bad and when I was leaving they informed me that someone paid for my pedicure today which was really great I just wanna say thank you to whoever it was that was very generous of you.

I had to make another account to make a 2nd review. I recommend this place to anyone who asks. I always walk in and they typically accommodate me within 5 mins! (Maybe I just get lucky at the times that I go.) I’ve gotten my nails filled about 5 times here, and not a single nail has fallen off. Every single tech here is very friendly, thanks for the great service 🥰

I brought my client here to have her acrylic nails taken off and then a manicure done. She's 89 years old and in a wheelchair. The girl did a pretty good job and my client was happy to finally have them cleaned up. We live in Flint and she's staying temporarily at a facility in lapeer so I tried to find somewhere close that was handicap accessible, and when I called they said they could accommodate her. The door was hard to open and push her in at the same time, but her wheelchair just fit where the station was so that was great. I'm only giving 3 stars because she needs her toenails done too and is use to having pedicures, but she cannot physically get up in the chairs at the moment (fractured her pelvis in March). If they had a nice low chair or something for people who cannot walk or stand up that would be amazing! We had a nice experience, and very relaxing atmosphere.

I got my nails done with the dipping powder. They chipped after a week. I normally get dip and it lasts for a month. I called but because I was out of state they could not do anything for me. Do not recommend going here.
Edit: they commented telling me to call them and they would help. I did and they said there was nothing they could do again. Very disappointed!

Very upsetting I have been looking for a new nail salon since moving to the area my dip didn’t even last 2 days it’s like it wasn’t even sticking to my nails.. very upsetting. They were not smooth and the dip ended up looking like 2 different color blues.

I have mixed feelings about this business so I’ll give you my experience.
The front staff, I think the owner/manager, and the other scheduling staff was very pleasant and professional. I figured we’d have a great experience based on their English and willingness to work with people. For that, 5 stars.
The ambiance was also pleasant, soft music, nice environment, and just a soothing place to relax while getting pampered. So far so good.
I took my daughter & granddaughter there so we could have the salon experience together. It didn’t work that way though, because the pedicure and manicure chairs weren’t together. I understand, it was just sad for what I was expecting.
They took my 10-yr old granddaughter back first (quickest job to complete), then my daughter then me for my pedicure which would be the longest procedure. My girls definitely ended up waiting for me.
Now for the kicker. None of us could understand or converse with our salon people. They didn’t speak English very well, and they were quick to assume what we wanted. The girls pretty much got what they liked, said the experience was ok, but would have liked to be able to choose from more colors beforehand. The. They couldn’t understand the person working with them, so they were at the mercy of what they were doing.
That’s how mine went to. Now I know that trying new places is a gamble. My knees are old, and I can’t reach my feet very well, so I go in often for pedicures. I gave my guy a picture of what I wanted, except I told him I wanted a flower because it’s summer. My toenails were finally growing out after some damage too, so I was excited about getting them decorated.
So apparently he doesn’t know how to draw flowers or he didn’t understand. This picture is what I ended up with. He cut my toe nails too far, lost all the growth I worked hard on, and this is his ‘flower’.
I like the color ok, but I’ve had better artwork and conversation. The man seemed upset about something, and I just wish I could find a company that could go to and talk to, visit with, and understand.
So even though this business gave what we asked for; 2 manicures and a pedicure; it was definitely a gamble as they can’t understand what you want, so they’ll just choose whatever they think you’re talking about. There is also no prices listed, no service menu to look at, so you’re left wondering what they will charge.
