I had a MAJOR color oops ? walked in salon for 1st time looking for help. Ladies were fantastic! Did everything they could to help me, Fixed same day. This will be my forever salon. Thank you Shannon
Hair type: Was blonde and dyed my hair red turned out terrible, but luckily with hard work from stylist it was removed/fixed

I booked an appointment Thursday December 29th at 5pm. The girl was really nice and said she taught other people how to do nails. I left disappointed because they were a bit lumpy. I was also in pain. The Tuesday after that my thumb nail polish started peeling and the layer underneath was still wet as seen in 1st pic 4 days later… Then started falling apart as seen in 2nd pic. After a week and a half I took them off and couldn’t get 2 of them off. The stuff was hardened under my nail as well which explains my pain. I had to rip my nails to get it off as you can see in the other pictures. They also wouldn’t take my credit card. I had to use my savings. Nice people, bad experience. I paid $55 and gave her $10 tip for her time. Sadly not happy.
