Got a flat tire late in the Evening, called around everywhere with no luck but got in touch with Monro and they patched my tire for free at 6PM on a Friday.

I called and got a specific price for an oil change for my 18 year old daughter's vehicle. She took it in to Monro in Lapeer, MI. They talked her into their premium oil change, didnt rotate her tires, and charged her $120 for an oil change. These people obviously prey on those who don't have the knowledge to prevent them from running a scam. Ill never go here again. My whole family used to go here too.

Tire installation went well. Appointments are helpful but connect with the local shop to verify they have your tires in stock.

We had a great experience here! We needed to buy 1 matching tire for my daughter who recently got an unrepairable flat. The service person came out and listened while I described what I wanted (swapping out the spare for a better tire in the process). They performed the work perfectly for 5 bucks less than the quote. They also provided some extra unrelated info on the health of the vehicle. First time here, but I would definitely recommend at this point.

Great shop. We blew out a tire on our trailer about an hour into a road trip. These guys were one of very few open on a Sunday. They had the specific size I needed and got me in right away. 15 minutes later I was out the door.

I had a flat driving home from work. Got it changed. Then came the next morning to KanRock. They got me right in. My tire was repaired and put back on. My spare was put back in place and my tire censor reset. Very friendly and fast service. KanRock Lapper, MI

A few years back i had an issue they resolved free of charge. I appreciated it and I return because of it. The mechanic, she does a wonderful job. They are sometimes short staffed, so best to call first.

Brought my crv in and they told me I need new ball joints. Service manager Matt said $600 for both sides. I told him I'd think about it. I brought it to the small muffler man and he told me my ball joints were like new. I will never bring any car to these crooks!

Not quick and pretty expensive just for mounting tires but they did complete the job I guess lol, go to any other tire shop in lapeer and you’ll be done faster and it will cost less
