Ehh. I was there to get my rings serviced. The lady asked for the phone number on my account. Apparently there system is all scramled up. She asked me if I was 2 other names before she asked what my name was. I'm sorry but if your looking at it from an outside perspective, that looks like there are multiple womens names under my husband's profile. Like your just looking for drama and problems in your store. Lol. Then at the end she asks well who are you then. Like really? Probably not the way to go about that. I hope she's doesn't do that to anyone else. Most people a not as gracious as me. Use your common sense!

The gentleman who helped me today was extremely helpful. I brought in my daughter's baptismal necklace that is 48 years old. He helped figure out how to put a loop on it so I could wear it on my necklace all the time. He did not charge me. I did not tell him, but my daughter passed away in July suddenly at 48 years old. This necklace means the world to me. Thank you very much. I wish I knew your name but you know who you are. ❤️❤️

Just wanted to say thanks to Kay jewelry story staff in lepeer Michigan end of Sept 2023 while we were on vacation transmission went out on a vehicle we were trying to figure out how to get this issue repaired notice my watch had stop walk over to kay jewelry store the young man was very helpful ask how much do I owe you his reply was your having a bad day it's on me hopefully I can stop by the store again and thank him in person made a stressful day alot better thanks again

I got a necklace for my birthday last year that I took in to get cleaned and looked over for the warranty. Stephanie was so helpful, unfortunately while cleaning the necklace the chain snapped in a couple different places because it had stretched 4 inches over the last year and she replaced the whole necklace free of cost! She was so knowledgeable and showed me replacement chains that might be better suited for my pendant! I will definitely be going back, thank you!

We stopped in for some jewelry repairs and haven’t been to this location before. They could not have been nicer or more helpful. Fantastic customer service and they put this store back on the map for us for sure.

I just wanted to say I really liked the Gal that originally sold me my Ring. But as a Person that has previously worked for the Company I was not impressed by the Younger Gal that works there. In the 1st place How do you come to work wearing Blue Jeans!! This is suppose to be a place wear you should be trying to impress your Customers. Shame on your boss for allowing you to dress that way. In the 2nd place, How do you size a Ring and never even try to have the customer try the ring on to make sure it fits correctly. And 3rd, I had to say "Is this all I get for my ring is this little Baggy"!! That when she said, "Oh you never got a Box". Beyond all that I love my Ring.

They steal your money. I bought an item cash and they had to transfer it to a gift card for online item. Than got an email saying it did not go through and the order was canceled. Went next day to get a return and was told they can’t since the associate threw away the gift card used to buy item. Tried to call corporate and said they will issue a visa gift card but that was a month ago.

I wish I could select 0 stars. This store is a joke! My husband bought a wedding ring and enhancer from this store. It’s now been 4 years and the rings have been to the repair shop 10 times. Broken bands, diamond falling out, then resent out because the repair work was so bad! A band was broke was gone for a month, went to pick it back up and it was still broke! They told me it was because my ring size was to big?…. They are rude ! And make it your fault that the jewelry they sell is junk! What a joke!

I would not recommend buying from kay jewelers. Purchased extended warranty on engagement ring just so the amethyst stone can fall out every year and still have to pay. Takes forever for anything and cost way to much for warranty that they don't honor.

I just waited 30 min some people where with customers but one lady wasn't. she never asked if she could help me, asked another couple that came in after me if she could help them while I stood there. Then helped the next customer through the door. I have spent alot of money there and was going to spend prob 2k more guess I have to find new jewelers!!

I bought a ring from Kay Jewelers and had nothing but troubles with it. Noah the mgr did a great job in helping me select another ring. Great job Kay Jewelers & Noah....I will be back.
