Went in for a total exchange and cuz the joggers weren't the same, I accidentally bought the jogging pants with the cuff on bottom they wouldn't exchange them.. so we went to buy a different pair gave them our kohls cash but they wouldn't take it she said cuz up exchanged the cash is not available. You know I've heard a lot of people said their not coming back and I said the same. So your loosing business.
