Had my sons doctor office send his prescription to this pharmacy because our regular pharmacy was out of stock. I called and had it switched to this pharmacy at 9am. Called them at 1pm to see the status of the prescription. The woman who answered didnt give me a name, but she was not very friendly. She took all my information then said “first of all you called too soon and secondly I would have to order it”. Obviously that led me to ask if they were also out of stock and she then replied “yup”. This is the 3rd time this pharmacy has done this to me. Meijers stays on top of their game and makes sure as soon as they get the script they send a text out letting you know if they are out of stock so you can plan accordingly (I am also signed up with kroger for texting but never get anything from them when I do use them to fill things so I always call). So, 4 hours of waiting just to be told they dont even have the medicine and be treated rudely in the midst will 100% be why I wont come back to this pharmacy again. Good luck Kroger.

You have to call a minimum of 3 times leading up to your prescription pick up (to make sure the medication is in stock and ready for pick up). It’s always a huge hassle and a long wait to pick up a prescription I’ve taken for 5 years. Definitely do not recommend this pharmacy.

Not once has my script been ready on time. Seriously more than 24 hours needed to fill simple test strips and lancets. It comes in a box, no counting even needed. So incompetent.

Bri and Savana were absolutely amazing in making sure I received medications my young son needed following an injury. Bri went out of her way to contact the prescribing doctor to get the prescription changed from a tablet to a liquid, and Savana made checking out a breeze. Top notch care from a great pharmacy!

The people are pleasant, there just is not enough of them. Loooong wait times.But what knocks them down to a two star rating is that not one single person in the pharmacy today was wearing a mask. Not a one. Over the speakers Kroger assures you how seriously they take COVID-19 precautions. All employees and vendors must wear masks. All customers are encouraged to wear them. But their healthcare staff? Not a mask in sight.We can beat this pandemic, but not like this.

At my 1st covid vaccine and Bre checked me in and the nurse Charles who injected was nothing but amazing!Fast, efficient, but most important caring! So thankful that this was the pharmacy I came to so we all can continue to be safe!!!Thank you Kroger team!!

Dropped off a prescription and was told it’d be ready in an hour. An hour and a half later, I called to check on the status. Pretty reasonable question, right? The man on the phone told me it’d be ready tomorrow. I told him that the tech I spoke with earlier said an hour. He said “that was a mistake.” I asked if he could tell me when it would be ready. He said they had “other customers waiting there in person, and their prescriptions are filled first. If I come back in, then it might get done tonight. Otherwise, tomorrow would be best.” I explained that I DID come in person earlier, and was told I could expect it today. He said “I’m not arguing with you” and hung up. I called right back and asked for his name and he literally said “I’m not playing this game with you” and hung up again. I went back inside the pharmacy about 10 minutes later, since apparently their logic is you have to be inside and visibly awaiting your prescription in order to get it filled the same day. Despite the fact that there is still a pandemic going on. I was the only person waiting inside and there were no cars in the drive-thru. I was helped by someone else, and walked out with my prescription in 5 minutes. Inconvenience aside, I don’t understand how that person (still don’t know his name) gets away with that type of behavior. I recognize that the pandemic is extremely stressful, especially for those in the healthcare field, but that is never an excuse to be so rude. Long, scathing review short, considering going to Meijer.

Had an appointment for my covid vaccine. Bre checked me in, explained the process and ensured I knew the expectation. Charles gave me my injection and it was pain free! He discussed what to be cautious about and to relax and sit for 10-20 minutes to ensure I have no reaction! I was very nervous to get this but this team eased my nervous and am beyond thank you I chose to come to this location! Safety and patient care was definitely this location expertise!

The worst place in Lapeer county to fill your script,s. Long lines because short staffed, the few people that are there are totally clueless on what they’re doing. Even the automated phone system that calls you to tell you your prescriptions are ready isn’t accurate, once you get there nobody knows why your prescriptions ARE’NT ready or when they will be. I can’t count how many times they didn’t even have the drug in stock but called to say it was ready. Unbelievable how unorganized this place is. Save yourself the misery & find a better place for your medication’s needs. This place is horrible & getting worse by the day.
