We bought a lemon from a dealer ship. The rear end was so bad it fell apart. It was taken to ks auto and they did a fantastic job rebuilding it. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you for fixing my wife's car 2013 Ford escape

Receptionist was rude the beginning until I gave her my card. I took it to them because rear wheel alignment was off. Seeing the spec sheet they didnt touch my rear even with having -.40 toe. After asking the mechanic and even expressing loss of control in the rain. I got the drift that he just didnt want to do it. So my car is still unsafe and im out 70$. Im furious

Started off with a quote for $80 for an oil change so I scheduled an appointment and when the time came to get it done after the oil change she charged me $100 for just the oil change , you don't tell a customer a price and then change without informing the customer, not very good business practice.

Great place. Mechanics are very knowledgeable with both foreign and domestic vehicles. They are straightforward and honest with the customer, which I really appreciate. Front desk staff is always friendly. Prices are more than reasonable. Overall, A+ service every time.
The only drawback is limited parking.

I took my truck up to this shop for an alignment after having a $2000 Rough Country lift kit installed. They refused to look at it work on the truck. Claimed that Rough Country doesn't design a good kit and they refuse to work on the truck. Was very rude and was belittled for asking simple questions. Don't waste your time and money. Goodyear was able to align the truck with no issues at all.

Great honest people doing good work. Went in with a suspected coolant leak, the pressurized the system, found the issue and charged what I believed to be way less than a fair price. It's hard to find honest car repair but when you do it's really refreshing. I'll be coming here for my needs from now on.
