We have been taking our child to kindergarten care for nearly three years now and we couldn’t be happier. Everyone here genuinely cares about the children and their health and development. At first we were nervous (who wouldn’t be nervous leaving their child with strangers, but the way everyone jumped right in and cared for our child was amazing). The center is always really proactive in providing guidance and educational materials to parents on various health related topics (which as a first time parent, I love this and will take all the information I can get!). Additionally, we receive updates and pictures throughout the day so we feel involved and know what they’re learning and how their day is going. They do a great job keeping parents involved in activities with the kids throughout the year (brunch with the grinch, trunk or treat, family cookouts, after school crafts with parents, etc…).
Again, we are truly happy to have this center as part of our village helping us raise our child. Thank you ladies for everything!!! 🥰

This location goes against Michigan state laws and allows children to attend without being vaccinated.

We love the staff here! Always pleasant and smiling! I feel comfortable leaving my baby and toddler there. Highly recommend 👌 My toddler has learned so much in the short time she's been there. I love that I know what they are doing all day their naps, meals, toileting and activities from an app!

KinderCare has been great for our family for the past 4 years! The teachers have always treated my kids like they are their own and made me feel good about leaving them. Everyday I get updates about new activities my kids are doing and new things they’re learning. It's such a loving environment for my children and I couldn’t ask for better care!

if I’m being honest sort of a toxic work environment. The staff talk badly about each-other. I only worked there for 2 months and I have heard enough. There were some great kids and some co workers were amazing. I was made to feel bad about going home on my exact time. I would have to stay A LOT for other teachers. There would be days I would just assume I’m not going home at my given time. Sorry.

Staff Genuinely cares about each child that goes there. Great atmosphere and kids learn so much at such a young age. I get compliments on my youngest child that is a little over 2 in a half who is fully potty trained and can count and talk so clearly. This is the only place I can trust my children going to, it's more than just a "daycare". They are more like family.

Horrible place!!! The teachers are on their phones in the baby roo.s! Cameras dont record live feed nor do they record at all so if your kid has an accident dont expect camera footage. This company needs to get trashed into the ground!!! They are unfair to the workers who actually care about working and the staff here only cares about the newest drama circling this place. Dear lord get over yourselves ? If you want to pick up your kid in a coffin this is the place

I just started taking my daughter here and she is two months old, the staff is very friendly, the facility is super clean, i was super nervous about having my daughter in daycare being so young but they made me feel so much better about her being there, the KinderCare app is amazing and they post pictures and updates all day on how shes doing. I would recommend this daycare to anyone looking for excellent child care!

My son started at Kindercare when he was almost one. We were hesistant because prior to he had only been with one person day in and day out for childcare. He adjusted quickly and we were so happy with how well he adapted and became aligned with a schedule - something we had struggled with the whole first year of life.Fast forward a year and we are on a first name basis with the majority of the staff. My son points out his teachers by name and seems to genuinely enjoy going to 'school'. He is constantly coming home with more and more information- telling me new words, pointing out colors, shapes, objects, letters and numbers. I dont know how they do it, but he is learning SO much. The facility is always spotless- the menu offered is nutritious but still diverse where I feel like hes not only well fed, but constantly trying new foods (hes super into hummus, who knew?) The cost is consistent with other daycares in the area, but the value here far exceeds the other local centers that I toured prior to selecting Rainbow/Kindercare.The structure and support the center has provided not only for my son but our household as a hole is priceless. I know my son is in good hands, safe, and most importantly: thriving. I cannot recommend both this center and their curriculum enough.

I love working here, the management is so caring and understanding. The other teachers that work here are also caring and go above and beyond for the children in their care. We provide an excellent curriculum where the children are learning, we also provide a menu with a variety of food.

I got an interview with them a month ago and I was told once that interview was over that if I passed the background checks, then I got the job. I went and got fingerprinted and was told that would take 2-3 weeks to go through the system. I waited an entire month, calling them two times during the month, once at the 2 week mark and the second time at the 3 week mark, only to hear every time that there was something they were still checking on. The last call I made, they informed me that I passed the background checks but were checking my references. I called every single one of my references to ask them to check their junk mail and keep a close eye on their phone calls and every person said that they did not receive anything from Rainbow Childcare Center. Finally, a month later, I get a call saying that I need to resubmit my application because it timed out. They led me on to believe I had the position only to tell me to do the process all over again? That was a month’s worth of wages that I lost because I depended on them to keep their word that I would get the job if I passed the background checks. I gave up the job before I could even get it. If they handle their business how they handle their employees or “candidates for employment”, then I would not want to take my child there.

If your child has allergies don't bring your child here. They will not pay attention to what the kids eat. And will let them have anything ana everything that the other children are eating. They won't call you when they make a mistake regarding these issues ever.

I love this center! My son learns so much in the Pre-k classroom. The facility is super clean and the staff is very friendly.
