ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! Never did get a good “vibe” in that store. If the “upper corporate,” is as “creepy” as their “ under management “ it’s a wonder that store is still there. They don’t deserve it. I’m not stopping here. I’ll be contacting HR ASAP. Rest up “ buttercup” you got one hell of a fight to face BIATCH

Matrices was having a big sale so I stopped in to check them out. They had lots of cute clothes. I would be leery of the quality. Some items were very nice and some seemed cheaply made with cheap fabrics.

This is one of the cleanest stores around! Their clothes are great too. The majority of my closest is from Maurices. If you didn't know, then have a program for their 'M' jeans, if you shrink or grow out of them within a year you can bring them back for a different size for free & they will donate your old pair!! 🩷

I would give a zero if I could! I knew this store was plus size inclusive so I visited to buy an outfit for an event. One particular worker was SO insistent with speaking to me every 3 minutes and being pushy, that I almost broke down in frustration and walked out. I was so uncomfortable. She asked me, “Well let me know if you want me to just leave you alone!” Very snooty! I eventually found my outfit and overpaid, but the event I attended was the same day so I sucked it up. I wore a pair of jeans to the event and a few hours later they were SO baggy on me! I’ve never had a pair of jeans fit almost too snug, then stretch out like this, so 2 days later I returned to exchange my (for whatever reason were 60$ pants!). They wouldn’t exchange them because I so kindly ‘washed them’ before returning them. So at this point I am crying in the store, beyond frustrated. 10/10 would not recommend this store to anyone unless you want to intentionally give yourself a bad day.

Not a good experience today, walked in no one greeted me or told about sales, like they did to other customers that walked in after me! Manager who I usually see walked in after I arrived, but 2 girls behind desk area did not greet me or ask if I needed any help at all! When manager came back in maybe she didn’t greet me either cause she thought her staff did! I did not feel like trying on the things I did like because I did not feel welcomed at all!! Bad experience overall !!

I was welcome to the store, I had clothes in hand, so I asked to try on. She pointed to the dressing room. No one checked on me, so I came out to get smaller sizes. I walked past them (4) all behind the desk talking to each other. Nobody said a word they all just watched me go by and get a different size... So I told them so, and went back in the dressing room. I came out one more time and repeated the process. When I checked out, she asked me if everything was okay. I guess because I was quiet. I told her that this was my first and last time to come in, and I would not be back. She asked why, so I told her no customer service and 4 women behind the desks watching me take care of myself. Done ?

I love coming into this store when we visit Michigan. We don’t have this store in NC, but I will definitely take advantage of their online shopping. We love the clothes, the atmosphere is really nice. The staff are very friendly & super helpful. I recommend you check this store out.
