If I could do zero stars i would... so we showed up there to have a muffler looked at.. they guy called hubby in to show him what it was that needed to be done.. some kind of welding of the flex pipe.. which was pretty expensive and we wasnt going to be able to do it.. hubby was asking why (just out of curiosity.. not trying to challenge the poor mechanic intelligence.. or lack of) it was so much.. and that we couldnt do that today... the guy tells hubby he has a BAD attitude.. tells him to take the car and never come back.. RIDICULOUS... Im not sure what the guys name was... a little tiny skinny guy.. with lots of grey hair (probably from being so nasty to customers)... long story short.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.. will NEVER go back.. and this place needs to be shut down from all the reviews ive read.. how its been allowed to abuse customers..and stay in business is beyond me...NEVER AGAIN.. RUN PEOPLE... dont walk from here RUN!!!! unless you want to be talked to like your a bothersome to a company that clearly hates customers!

My husband has service done here a couple of times without issue. I went in to ask about their 'free engine light check'. I thought it a simple question. You would have thought I asked for the man's first born or made derogatory comments on his parentage. He was rude and extremely condescending. He pointed at the hand written prices for diagnostics on the counter and said it would be $90. I said that's not how the it reads. He responded quite rudely and nearly violently in tone, 'it says check; how can you not read it that way?'. I just looked at him stunned by his manner. It's definitely no way to run a business, especially when I asked a simple question and made a simple statement. Needless to say, we will not go to them in the future. I sincerely he has the day he deserves. Everyday. The lady at the counter was very nice with a sympathetic smile at his abrupt rudeness. I hope she has a wonderful day.

Finding an honest mechanic can be tricky. This place is trustworthy and very affordable. If they can't fix it, they give reliable local referrals. I won't let anyone else change my oil, big-box oil-n-lube places have actually caused me damage and at best always try to upsell. These folks are straightforward, never had any trouble, highly recommend.

I just want to take the time to give this business a shoutout. They are not only the only place I trust to bring my car for the reason of it being foreign and harder to work on, but they won’t try and price gouge you. If a service done by them seems a little more pricey, i promise there’s a reason. And I know I can trust that. They are always so helpful, and of course anytime you’re coming into a mechanic shop it’s a stressful time, considering all things money, time, and possibly having to be without your car for some time. Kayla the receptionist has been so helpful, resourceful, and supportive of any questions, comments, or concerns I may have. And there are a couple of mechanics that are ALWAYS there. I’m not sure of the others name, but Jerry is the one that typically takes care of my car. I always know my little baby is in good hands when I take it in here! They will be honest and tell you if you really do or don’t need to replace stuff and about how many more miles you have until you really should start with replacements and maintenance. Being a woman, I always worry about price gouging being that most mechanics figure I don’t know much about cars or think they can take advantage of me even if I do know a little, never had that problem here!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Called them like a month ago to see how much it would be to replace the starter they told me as much as I would like it to be the starter that it has to be the ignition switch and to take it to a dealership I don't know if they are lazy or just d*** I ordered and put in the starter myself turned right over lol lost some business forsure just wanted you guys to put it in because I didn't feel like doing it myself

Stopped in to inquire if they would do some exhaust repair on my wife's car, it has newer parts that need to be welded. All was going fine with the nice lady at the counter, until Jerry overheard me say I think it simply needs to be welded, apparently Jerry didn't like how I worded it ,and went off the deep end started questioning where I was educated. Absolutely no reason for that behavior. This guy needs some help. Never incountered anyone like this in my life. From what I've read in other reviews this was not the one situation like this. Jerry should do himself and his family a favor and get some much needed anger management. I feel sorry for the people around him.

I brought my Silverado in for a headlight replacement. I had a migraine that day and was feeling lazy and just wanted somebody else to do it. They quoted me $200 and said the entire grill needs to come off, which I knew wasn't true. So I did it myself in 5 minutes without having to use a single tool. They could have got $20 out of me for a 5 minute swap because I wasn't feeling good but had to lie and attempt to overcharge instead. Thanks for saving me money!

I have never allowed Jerry to do anything to my car except an oil change because there prices are ridiculous. Jerry said he wouldn't perform an oil change because I had sent another customer somewhere else which is a lie. But I will never go there again. Very petty. I went to the Muffler man down the street and they were faster anyway.Service: Oil change

Horrible customer service and very rude. My husband and I knew the answer to our question was going to be no most likely but figured we'd try and call around anyways. We bought two OEM catalytic converters to replace on my Infiniti G37. They were $1400 each. We tried installing them ourselves and figured we're better off paying someone. So before we returned them to Autozone, called Muffler Man to see if they could install ours for us. The guy on the phone just responded with "No" and then just silence. My husband was like "Okay.... so how much would it be to order them through you with install?" The guy says "Oh no, you don't want my prices!! My prices will be too high for you." My husband says ok, thank you and hangs up. Like seriously??If they could have fit us in before the end of next week (moving to New Mexico on Army orders) with the parts ordered in time, we would have booked it, regardless of price. Try to judge us off ordering our own parts, not like we bought some cheap ones. Anyways.. point of the story is they're rude, please don't give them your business. ?Btw, pretty sure they charge customers $2200 for the catalytic converters when they prob get them for $1300. When I had work done at Faithful Auto and Truck Repair not too long ago, they told me the rattling noise is my converter and it'd be $1300 for a new one. I should have just booked with them but waited and thought I could tackle the issue myself.

I previously called this company about a wheel bearing replacement and they are currently $220 more expensive than everybody else around them that is insane it literally takes an hour or less and the part is around $160. Thanks anyway will make me think twice to have any work done with you.
