Ordered a part a whole week ago spent 686 bucks and still isn’t here when I was told it was here. Slow service worst ever and i thought flint was bad Lapeer is worse for its O’Reilly auto parts would not recommend going to them shit service.

I'm really disappointed with my trip to the Lapeer location today. I have been a customer for a few years and enjoyed going in the store. today experience was not welcoming in anyway. did not even get a hello. Mike was very rude and slammed my parts on the counter and when I asked a question I did not get a answer just my total. When leaving I said have a good day and got nothing back. Very disappointed. It will be a long time before I go back

Always love going here I have a commercial account even! With the account I'm able to some discounts and most people there are pretty good, Adam in the back is the best. Unfortunately there is a couple guys at the front counter there don't know much or very friendly so I just avoid them and go straight to Adam.

This is just a typical O'Reilly Auto Parts store. You’ll find the usual selection of auto parts and accessories, along with standard service and helpful staff. Nothing out of the ordinary here.

Total disappointment as a auto supplier trying to ask questions drive 30 mins use my gas only to find out price they quoted was one shock who calls to buy one shock I purchased same part at diffrent supplier for 1/3 of the price never again beware this is a problem

To bad employees seems Preoccupied is to be polite with no customers in the store. They were too busy twittling their thumbs and Chit chatting while I stood at the counter waiting for the One of them to acknowledge me. I guess I'll take my money to the next auto parts store that will not be o'reilly's
