Past Tense is a magical and fantastic place in a gorgeous old building. It is not a traditional antique store but a country store offering a wide variety of unique home decor, amazing gifts, and beautiful and fun things. It features a Year 'Round Christmas department, the best and biggest selection of silk florals in the area, and a great year 'round Halloween display. There is also candy, tea, candles, and so much more. The attached Cider Mill Restaurant and cider mill provide fresh donuts, homemade bread, pizza, apple cider, apple cider slushies, and more. Most reviews find the staff cool, helpful, nice, and going above and beyond, though one notes they are not the friendliest. The building is not ADA compliant. Many call it the best place with everything made with love and plan to return.
Quirky, old, eclectic, hard to find intriguing items in the big store. Cider, donuts, ice cream, and even sit down dining in the cider mill!!
