Inexpensive storage location, easily accessible at all times. Storage buildings are perfectly fine. No weather damage, and management communicates effectively.
There has been evidence of mice, through droppings, but that is fully to be expected. There are drive-up units, and if someone believes that there is a way to prevent mice all together, you need more life experience.
Like all storage unit locations, it is important to visit your unit occasionally. This allows the tenant to inspect the condition of the unit, and layout traps to prevent rodent issues.
You have to remember: the tenant(s) are the only person(s) authorized to enter the units. If you don't check up on your stuff, who will?

I moved my things in on Sunday so the office was closed. I called on Monday and reported the issues. The office person said she would talk to the owner and call me back. A couple hours later she called and said the issue was resolved. Due to circumstances, I wasn’t able to go an

During a break in a few years ago, they contacted me. I was in FL for the winter but they allowed my daughter access with an employee while they had me on speaker phone to review anything missing. Thankfully there was not.

Stay away from this place, We just picked up my sisters items & everything is wet & moldy. Most furniture, wood & cloth items will have to be thrown away. Several of the units leak and we did NOT know this but now we find out that the owners have known about this for a very long time. â€â™‚ï¸ â€â™‚ï¸ â€â™‚ï¸
