I'll be so glad when my car is paid off. Trying to pay extra on my principal .people do do this all the time right ?every time I go in they just make a double payment instead and each time they have to correct it.

I’ve had efficient prompt service with no problems with this PNC branch over a year as a customer. One ATM was not in service for awhile but it has since been fixed. The staff have been polite and helpful with everyday banking such as large deposits and cashier’s checks and also with more complicated tasks such as housing mortgage documents. I have two noisy small children that they were nice to, and they were pleasant to talk with in general. They wished me luck with my new home purchase and even provided a business card in case I had further questions.

The PNC branch in Lapeer Mi is horrible for customer service. 2 tellers and they have commercial accounts, drive thru AND walk in customers. They are seriously in NEED OF MORE HELP. Bad customers service to keep customers waiting so long..the atms were out of service and they don't put a sign out advising customers they are down so you keep trying unsuccessfully to deposit money. They see you and don't even acknowledge you. Just HORRIBLE SERVICE HERE. When I got to the teller all I had was a cash deposit and atm card and she asked for Dr license....why would you expect me to go out and return to wait all over again. Do you think I'm depositing my cash to someone else's account.? Your branch needs management who can appreciate the customers . Without customers you wouldn't have a business. Everything I must go inside it is always a awful experience and others complain too while waiting. Someone should come and see what is happening at THIS Lapeer Mi Branch.

Completely disgusted with this bank. We had a death in the family and the will and trust were on the account when opened. We provided death certificate and trust documents 3x and tried to deposit over 500000. To consolidate and pay final bills. Tiffany assisted another family member and explained he needed to bring in documents to be allowed to take care of banking. Upon bringing all of those documents we were told that we would need to hold onto the documents for up to 5 business days. The 3 of us, (still grieving) were treated to an unbelievably condescending behaviour by Tiffany and a middle age man who tried to intimidate us. Tiffany put her hand to her chest, (soap opera style) and laughed and said, "have I done something to offend you)" no question mark because the way it was said was an insult. Avoid this bank at all costs. We should have consolidated with Choice One where we were treated in a humane and professional manner. Also, my brother returned with check made out the way Tiffany insisted it had to be written and she refused to look up the account. Fortunately, my brother had the account number. PNC provided my mother with issues in Florida which is why she closed that account on my recommendation. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH. The estate rep from Troy Michigan was more than helpful and I do appreciate her help.

Poor a service from staff, was transferred to a manager, received same poor service. This is not a customer focused branch. 0 concern for how their mistakes and issues affect customers.

I’m with some other people insofar as wondering why all the negative reviews- I have many accounts here as well as does most of my entire family. I’ve been with this bank since it was National City. Only thing is that they finally changed the account names, policies, etc over to their own which was a bit confusing as to fees, etc.

I have worked with several different banks & PNC is the best by such a long shot. They know their stuff. They greet people personally. ALL staff is knowledgeable and kind. I couldn't be happier with the service PNC has rendered. Above & beyond.

They lost a $250 deposit. I went in to see why it wasn't in my account yet after several days. After an hour or two, they found it in the trash. If I would have gone a day later, it would have been shredded. I closed my account and use a different bank now.

I have banked here for 15 years with multiple accounts with no problems. Anytime I have questions or concerns they are answered quickly and very professionally. Not sure why so many bad reviews???
