The young lady that handled my rental did a fantastic job. She was friendly and efficient. I mad a new reservation on the spot although I usually use the app. The app has gone downhill steadily over the past 2 years. I will try and do buisness with this location for the time being. I am a regular customer.

Nicole is the perfect person for this/her job @ U-Haul! She is so helpful, always pleasant, answered all my numerous questions & gave all the information needed to happily and safely complete my U- Haul moving experience !!! Thanks again Nicole!!!
