Very rude staff including store manager. Store tells you pills are filled the drive thru tells you to pull around after waiting 20 mins in line when you get the pills the date on bottle was yesterdays date. The woman. With glasses likes to play games with you and refuses to give you her name and suggests you take your business to another drug store.

Just got off the phone with an “employee” (who sounds like I’m ruining her day for asking a question) to check the status of my son’s antibiotic’s. (after hearing originally that it’d take at-least 2 hours)• The “GOOD NEWS” - she said his Meds were ready.• The “BAD NEWS” - WASTE OF GAS! Could’ve waited, and got the script. Instead driving back & forth with a sick kid, after calling when I got home, & now there magically filled and the rude employee to top it all off

Do not try using their reward system and digital coupons. I have fought with this store many times on this matter, and feel this is a shady system, failing the consumer and boosting their business in the process. I have closed my account, and refuse to ever shop there again.

Pharmacy associates are just plain rude. When you call to ask a question they act like you’re such an inconvenience and then hang up without saying “is there anything else I can help you with” .. can’t even be bothered to say goodbye even or maybe tell the customer “have a nice day”. Why work at a place if you are so miserable? And management lets not look the other way when you see or hear your employees act rude to customers, this happens way too often to not be aware. I won’t be back.

Terrible pharmacy, prescriptions cancelled with no explaination then comes the hassle of reinstating them. You go to pick up prescriptions and when you get home they text you to tell you have prescriptions to pick up on the same day. This has happened multiple times. Why don’t you people say something while I am there. Forget this place. It’s a bloody joke.

*Not Recommend* *Lapeer Wallgreens Pharmacy Staff is Angry and have bad attitudes*We will never return to this location again, they seem stressed out and just Angry.I asked if they had another box of the 12pk of boost in back and if they would accept good rx and they just got annoyed with my two questions? WoWWe had to go back immediately because they forgot to put one of our prescriptions in the bag!

Scheduled an appointment for vaccines online and filled out all the paperwork they asked me for. When I arrived they wanted the old cards for COVID vaccines (nothing in the online process that I needed the cards)and then I find out they don't even offer the Moderna at the location where they scheduled the appointment. If I left when I found out that I needed the cards, I would have scheduled and made a second trip in vain. The pharmacist said a number of people had the same problem with the system and there was nothing she could do about it. It turns out they knew who I was and that I needed the Moderna, when they scheduled me at the wrong place anyway.

I got my call from walgreens saying that my prescriptions are ready to pick up by the way,, I travel for my work East to West Coast North to South. I've had my prescriptions filled at Walgreens before this one was the worst. I've ever had a Issue,, I was told they were ready to be picked up and then all of a sudden they were not. I was told that it was a pharmacist discretion if they wanted to fill it or not. Well that pharmacist cost me a $129 shipping costs. I will not tell you his name but he was the pharmacist manager. I recommend somewhere else because the other Walgreens that I called and spoke to about the exact same thing said he would not have any problem filling the meds because I have been on them for 4 plus years. Even after verifying with the doctor and myself and the insurance company..

I called this location today trying to speak to someone in the pharmacy. The first time I was on hold, 3 callers ahead of me, no problem. How long could that POSSIBLY TAKE? I waited for an hour and 15 minutes before I hung up because I had a meeting. I called again and waited another 40. That's insane. 2 hours to get someone on the phone...

The older lady at the front counter checkout was extremely rude to me and would not give me my cash back when it was still in her hand! I tried to be kind and said, “okay have a good day, thanks.” She just scowled at me like shopping here was a burden to her! Never going back there again. Horrible experience by her rude behavior.
