“My personal experience with the metro agency has been excellent!! Teresa the lady i just saw took time out of her lunch to help me with a issue i had with a credit/refund. I probably took up about a hour of her time (felt really bad) but she was very pleasant and knowledgeable and was able to get my issue resolved rather quickly.
