Tried to cash a check there and the lady treated Me like a criminal and stamped something on the back of the check never going there again and recommending others not to as well horrible

Very disorganized. Nobody answers the phone. If you can get an appointment the staff don't communicate with each other and the person you are scheduled to meet up with might be out. There are much better chase branches around if you need anything more than basic ATM, deposits or withdraws

So unhelpful Dara couldn’t give me 2 minutes before running to lunch to change my name on account. Disgusted with Chase after 25 years
