Very disorganized. Nobody answers the phone. If you can get an appointment the staff don't communicate with each other and the person you are scheduled to meet up with might be out. There are much better chase branches around if you need anything more than basic ATM, deposits or withdraws

I just had the worst customer service at their location from the notary there, (SHE) racist, might as well just came out and said I don’t want to wait on you lady. 1st it was you don’t have a witness with you, come back with a witness so when I did she says do you even know him? All the while grabbing her things to leave I’M LIKE WHAT!! Than last but least oh I can’t sign this form the verbiage isn’t right REALLY!! See these are the kind of people that run customers away. I’ll never come back here again and seriously thinking about closing my accounts

Why is there a single teller at 10AM? This is primetime, there is a line of people to the door. Hire more tellers and get rid of some desk personnel.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not customer oriented. Not a single banker is ever there, even on a Monday, with a huge line. 3 tellers and most are just standing around. If you need an ATM, great location, inside banking is a NO, don’t waste your time.

would not accept deposits at 4:55 pm. said they we closed after letting me sit down with a banker. very unusual for a chase branch.

Unfortunately, I have been a very loyal customer to this branch but have been shown by the branch manager that not only did they not have enough concern for my safety to look into a suspicious vehicle trying to intimidate me in their lot as a loyal customer or to provide bank security in regard to my safety in their lot, but the manager (Anne) present that day at this branch made it clear she resented my job and stated that I was likely followed because of my job instead of addressing the safety concern at the branch SHE manages. She works at a bank of all places and is trying to give reasons people would be more mad at me over money than a bank, for some unknown reason, instead of addressing the present safety concern of a truck circling around me and the outside bank ATM machines at their branch. The manager's behavior at this branch in regard to handling this situation would be less than a zero but when averaged out against the other employees who generally do not behave this way and respect their loyal customers I can come to about a 2 and a 2.5. Honestly, some type of retraining of this manager would be appropriate in regard to customer safety in order to improve my rating of this branch at this point. This appears to not be a safe branch for customers at this time with the behavior of management going unchecked. It also would appear to be unsafe for employees at the branch if they are also told someone might follow them from work when bringing up safety concerns at this branch. It is a shame, but this was truly appalling and inappropriate behavior as a response to a very real safety concern in this branch's parking lot. I guess I really don't care where some random person acting suspicious may or may not have followed me or not followed me from, I do care about my safety and the safety of my property and finances when I stop into a bank branch though, as I believe many other customers would.

David is a rockstar!!! He is so kind, charismatic, and efficient! He’s the bank teller that makes you want to go into the bank! Also the branch was clean and everyone is so nice the moment you walk in!
