There were 6 staff. 4 staff were attending 2 customers at counter, 2 staff unknown what they were doing. 1 after 15 minutes came to assist. (we waited 30 minutes) I'm not sure if the young lady was having a bad day but she was curt and rude. 😑Or young women have spirit to be nasty and think it's cute. Either way I went to the Greenfield location to spend my money. The staff over there was wonderful

Young woman behind the counter didn't know how to cut and spiral bind a book so I had to go to another location. Plus, all locations are doing a $2.50 surcharge/tip on each counter order.

I would like to publicly acknowledge Lisa who with professional support and patience assisted me this morning. I was very frustrated while attempting to fax documents. After she completed assisting another customer then came Lisa with her calming voice and made my day! God bless you for aiding this Senior Citizen! Thank you Lisa!!!

Terrible customer service. Imagine walking into a store seeing two people working and no one speaks to you let alone offer you help. There was one other customer in there. I'm not saying prioritize me but yall could have at said good afternoon or even Happy Mother's Day. First and LAST time coming here.

I needed a large seating chart board and table numbers printed for my wedding on Saturday and got great results from Kam at this location. Kam was able to help me out with quality service, chatted about paper and sizing options, and produced prints perfect for the occasion. We needed an additional file from my designer and Kam was patient while we waited. Would trust this location for future work, even in situations with tight deadlines.

Just when I was going to drop the worst 1-star review ever... I met Kam!!! He was so helpful and patient helped me navigate all of my printing and cutting needs. He even managed to assist the store but never left me feeling looked over or as if my projects were being delayed. There was another person working with him at the time and just the same she was also a Star!! These 2 need a raise and to train the weekday staff because they still get 1-star. However, 9/23/23 Kam was a 5 star hands down!! Thank you again Kam!!!

This FedEx location is pretty good. Ever too busy and I get my wine shipments routed here to have to avoid being home to sign upon delivery. Parking is easy and staff is mostly friendly.

Don’t go here FedEx try to charge me $27 to fax 12 pages go down the street to zip printing. They only charge $7.50.

Went in there to get some copies computer illiterate don't have a clue about the copy machines. Really appreciate this young lady that helped me and made the copies for me. Had just left UPS on Greenfield and nobody could help me everybody sitting around don't have nothing to do but from behind a counter they want to direct me on what to do not the place I'll go again guarantee you that.

I came in on January 30th to print off two copies of a passport application, and for my husband and I to take our passport pictures. I called ahead of time, and the young lady who answered the phone, was very helpful prior to us arriving to the location. When we arrived, there was several people in the store and she was working by herself. She kept a very positive attitude and was able to assist everyone effectively. Her customer service was very great.
