Most incompetent office ever. It either takes all day to get coverage on 1 vehicle with multiple annoying call backs throughout the day for additional info. Or you think they handled everything quickly in 1 call until you don't receive an e-mail confirmation, call back the next day, and their system is not updated. Oh yeah, they will triple charge you when you change your policy around.
