“Came to Top Tech after a big lightning storm, and the south location was out of power. I took my vehicle to the street to their larger branch, and they were busy but very accommodating. Got an estimate back same day for significant work that needed doing on my Charger, and the staff were informative and worked with me to get done what definitely needed to be done. Should be said that despite the power outage, they used generators to begin whatever work they could on mine and other vehicles, and didn't let it stop them.They had my car ready next day, and I believe the pricing was very reasonable for what was done. Car is running great! Better than it has in quite a while, and I'm so thankful they could take care of it. I will definitely be returning in the future for further vehicle maintenance needs ane recommending Top Tech to others.”

Wayne did a thorough assessment of the car and let me know that it was save-able and that we could chip at the repairs over a couple of months and we did that. “Found them based on the high star review and good feedback. Called a lot of places around town and they were the ones with the best ratings and prices. Had extensive work done on the muffler and a solenoid filter part replaced. They said they would order the parts right away and get it done as soon as possible. Two hours later it was all done. They even waited 30 minutes after close for me, so I could pick it up. Great team!”

The guys were all polite, gave me a quote for new tires, and after reviewing when I got home, I'm scheduling as it's a great price! I just want a good product for an honest price. “Everything was great with my experience at this location except for the appointment system. I booked an appt online and showed up on time. My check-in took roughly ten minutes or so and the manager was very polite and thorough, but my car then sat outside for almost 45 minutes before it was taken into the bay. I don’t understand their appointment system and saw people come in after me and leave before my car was done.Otherwise, I had a pleasant experience and would consider coming back again. I just wish I knew the secret of booking an appointment online to wait 30% less time as they advertise.”
