He’ll spend the time to explain your vehicle’s issue in detail and gets work done quickly. Had my 2012 Camry looked at for a second opinion about a possible issue with the timing chain. Mitch was able to diagnose the issue, explain to me exactly what’s wrong, and presented a solution for my issue that avoided thousands of dollars in repair costs. “Honest, and extremely transparent with what issues exist, what’s immediate, what’s not. They send you a full description with photos and videos so you can see with your own eyes as well. They’ve been so kind I cannot thank them enough for the multiple times they’ve helped me with my car repairs. Unfortunately this time it was a matter of value of car/amount of repairs but even then they were very honest with me on whether it was worth putting money into the repairs or not. It was a screw and it didn’t puncture the tire. They taught me about air pressure, which I did not know and sent me on my way. Very friendly very knowledgeable and very patient. They gave me a FREE repair. Super clean shop. Nice restrooms and FREE bottle water for all! Their tables also have charging ports so you can relax in A/C and wait. Got me out in 45 minutes!”
