“Fantastic experience! Mitch is honest, extremely knowledgeable, and won’t upsell you on nonsense your vehicle doesn’t need. He’ll spend the time to explain your vehicle’s issue in detail and gets work done quickly. Had my 2012 Camry looked at for a second opinion about a possible issue with the timing chain. Mitch was able to diagnose the issue, explain to me exactly what’s wrong, and presented a solution for my issue that avoided thousands of dollars in repair costs. Definitely coming back for any vehicle repairs in the future!”
“I can't say enough good things about Maurice! I was visiting Detroit from Milwaukee for the weekend when the clutch went out in my Subaru Crosstrek right as I got to town, around 5pm on a Friday. I had to be back home for work Monday morning and was worried I’d be stuck there until a shop could get me in the following week, but Maurice and his team came through for me. They got my car in right away, sourced all the parts on short notice, and had me back up and running the very next day.
The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in doing quality work. Maurice was friendly, professional, and easy to work with, and the price was very fair considering how quickly they helped me out.

“Yesterday my truck wouldn’t start, and after some friends got it going, I knew the starter needed to be replaced. I first called another shop, but they didn’t really seem to care—they just told me to “bring it in whenever and we’ll get to it when we can.”
When I called Pointe Auto Tech, Mike answered and immediately treated my situation like it mattered. He told me to bring the truck straight in and not shut it off, making sure I’d get there without getting stranded. He really cared about helping me, and it showed.
Even better, they had the starter replaced and my truck back to me in less than 24 hours. That’s incredible, especially since I don’t have another vehicle to fall back on. Mike truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I can’t thank him enough.
The price point was amazing too! Looking around and his prices are lower for sure! So excellent customer service and great prices!

“Good prices, helpful and friendly people. They know how to work with people on a budget. I have had many tires repaired here and purchased many sets of new tires here. The service is good and if they make a mistake they will own up to it and fix it for you. They accidentally cracked the chrome on my a rim once and provided me with a replacement by the next morning. They stayed open late when my wife had a flat tire to help her with the spare and order a new tire which they had ready the following day.”
“Got a flat tire today in Detroit and drove in with the spare in. The guys at the shop patched up my tire, put the original tire back on, and had me on my way in 5 minutes. Great service and easy place to go in a pinch!”
