“I brought my wheel here to be repaired. It was dented very badly by a pothole. After doing all they could, it was determined that the wheel could not be fully corrected. I was not charged for their work. The wheel is near perfect...it holds air, balanced well, and there is no noticeable vibration. I just wanted to say thanks for being super straight with me.”

“I hit a couple bumps in the road while attempting to get tires. First attempted to do it online and schedule an appointment for install at the Livonia location but something happened and the tires were no ordered so when I went to my appointment they were not there. Ordered tires when I was there because they did not have them in store (unusual size) and when they came in only 3 came in. Erick and Luke worked with me and even though I am sure I annoyed them with my calls, they were professional and respectful. Switched to tires that they had in store, dropped my car off and it was done within an hour. So, even though there were some mishaps and some wasted time, I believe they did what they could, and, they helped me out a bit, too. I would recommend this location. The reason for 4 stars was because of the online ordering portion and speaking to someone in the chat and that person straight up lied... if it even was a person. You never know these days lol.....”

“I ordered a set of 16 inch rims took a while for them to come in only on the count of the factory sending them the wrong size ( not they're fault "btw" When they came in they were able to put them on my car right away without fail, they were extremely nice people if I had to do it all over again I'd go and see them ?”

“I don't usually leave good reviews, but this one is a must. Mike, one of the mechanics found out quick the issues with my car, a bad control arm, that other 3 shops couldn't diagnose. One of the wheels was wobbling and I went two 3 shops and they all said it's because of the tire which was worn up on one side. No one actually diagnosed for me that the uneven wear comes from a loose mechanical important safe keeping part that could've put me or someone else in danger. Also, Chris worked out a finance deal for me for 6 months where I don't have to break the bank right away. All in all, amazing experience.”
