The staff is friendly and polite, never talking down to customers, and their kindness makes stressful situations much more bearable. They are known for pulling out all the stops to save the day, offering extra help like lending a shop vehicle or providing a ride. They can even make a fun memory out of an inconvenient situation, with some staff offering dinner recommendations. Truly a fantastic group of people.

Their service was awesome. They were able get two stuck vehicles out of the foot of snow. They got food and water to stranded teenagers. Their humanity are beyond measures. Highly recommend their service, if you ever get stuck in the snow.

Patriot Towing is great! Called them and they showed up in minutes. In an area we didn’t know we ended up on a steep icy hill with truck and trailer and they got us out of a really bad situation. The guys were great and professional. Affordable price.
