Polite security guard, I missed my delivery appointment due to a radiator leak. The receiving guy was understanding; he gave me a dock right away. I got unloaded in 45 minutes and was good to go. Kudos to the team.

Arrived about 45 min early to my 7am appointment. Checked in with guard and sent me to receiving office. Got assigned a dock right away and unloaded quick. Plenty of room to back into dock. In and out in about an hour.
