Let me start by saying the staff at diversions is very helpful the owners are on all the time. They're very helpful also. Their customer service at diversions is amazing. I thought I lost my favorite hat that I had just purchased weeks earlier I called the Traverse City store and they were able to help me out. I then found the hat so I had to cancel the order they were most understanding and very helpful didn't mind at all. I even buy my winter hats and things there also they have a great store and a great thing going stop in and see them. Leland and and Traverse City!

Cute little shop with tons of mens and womens hats. Great sun hats, including SPF. Reasonable prices. Fun location in Fishtown in the old dock area with other shops and ice cream shop.
