This little shanty is undeniably charming and always stocked with cute, tug-themed items -- but the prices have crept up quite a bit over the years. Paying $42 for a long-sleeve tee with just a small, embroidered tug feels excessive when similar shirts go for a fraction of the price elsewhere. It's disappointing to see something that once felt like a celebration of tugboat history lean toward profit over purpose. The staff tends to be distracted -- often on their phones or gossiping -- and one instance of someone smoking inside the wood shanty while handling cash left a lasting impression. I have mixed feelings: love the theme, but not sure it's still worth the visit.

This store is jam packed with fun stuff for everyone in the family. Outdoor, beach-wear, fun t-shirts and hats-an all around great selection. A must visit when you go to fishtown!

Tug Stuff apparel and accessories are as much a nastalgic nod to my childhood and growing up in Leland, as they are an iconic representation of Fishtown and its history. I grew up wearing the sweatshirts and hats as a kid flying around town on my bike or building a bonfire on the beach, and I love that I get to now outfit my own kids and family in similar gear. They're now my husband and kids favorite things to wear - and always a great gift for any friend or relative. Highly recommend!

she swore in front of 5 and 6 year olds made sure we new she owned tug stuff drunk drove past our vrbo and honked for 5 seconds straight while we were playing pickle ball too “loud” at 9:30 pm when i he noise ordinance was 10pm

This place always has cute stuff inside. The prices seem to have gradually increased over the years and it's a bit steep. Typically, this shanty is staffed with young adults who are on their phones, gossiping, or paying little attention. Last year, there was an older woman counting out the cash drawer and smoking - in this little shanty made out of wood...we will be passing on this shanty in the future.

We love this Tug Stuff Crew. I can always find a hat I like there and the quality of the hats are great! I still have my hat from 5 years ago and still wear it. I love it so much, I had to go back for another!!
