My family has been seeing some of the physicians here for 20+ years. As of late, they have had some of the rudest and laziest staff we have ever dealt with. Test results- don’t expect a timely call back or even the slightest bit of empathy when asking about concerning results. Referrals- I had to remind them twice to send it and even then it wasn’t sent properly. Just a heads up!

Just called them to get the date and time for the appointment I set up in April as a new patient and they legitimately could not pull up anything with my name and date of birth (the most common things to give in a medical practice to pull up information) without having the doctor's name...............how does that make any sense? I guess I dodged a bullet with this office.

I had my first visit there yesterday with Dr. Berry and her amazing staff. The patient care I received was absolutely outstanding! I would highly recommend them!

It was my first visit there today. Every single person that I came into contact with was so nice. The receptionist, the nurse, the check out staff. Awesome. And Dr Berry. She was AMAZING! The best doctor I’ve ever had. I’ve never had a doctor that is actually listening to what I’m saying. I HIGHLY recommend this office.

Friendly doctors. However they always seem to have issues sending my prescription to the pharmacy, had to call several times to remind them to send it over. Test results took an extended time to get back. Front desk had no information to provide. Test results in other countries take hours to come back, waiting 6 days for results is unreal.

I would have given them a 1 but there are a few Doctors/PA’s that are great. First let me say that my family and I have been going to the clinic for 18 years. Over the last several years their service has declined, immensely, even before Covid. The receptionist are clearly miserable and it resonates through to the patients. We have requested several referrals over the years that no one follows through preparing. And good luck getting your test results. We have been calling for 7 days now for my child’s long term medication. Only to be told twice that the order has been written and they don’t know why it wasn’t sent to the pharmacy. Even the people at the pharmacy said that they have had many dissatisfied customers, due to the similar issues. I now understand why reception is so miserable…. They are taking the wrath for all the incompetence of their superiors! My best advise, keep looking.

The doctors are very sweet, but the ladies at the front desk are some of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Completely unprofessional and make things with ur medical 1000x harder than they should. If you have the choice do NOT go there if you want clear to the point nice ladies that actually do their jobs.

I was unable to put a 0 star review I wouldn't trust that place to diagnose my dog if he had fleas I'll never step foot in there again try McLaren on 26 Mile much better results and friendly staff

The doctors have always been very nice and very informative but the front desk who answer the phones are so rude and literally act like you are putting them out when you are sick and need an appointment. I would give 5 stars except for how terrible the front desk is. It literally makes you not want to call.

I have been going to this doctor, for convenience, since I was a young woman, and it’s amazing to me that none of the front office staff can manage to be kind to patients. They all seem to be so sharp and unwelcoming on the phone and in person. Is it really that hard to be kind?

I’ve been seeing Sarah Weymouth PA for many, many years! She’s awesome, super caring and knowledgeable, and I’m always able to get in quick and get the best care, staff is super friendly too :)
