I went there one time because it’s local to me, and they didn’t have a proper scrub brush for the foaming brush and it scratched my paint really bad. Avoid the foaming brushes if you go there. The scrub brush was like basically a broom. It was very rough and firm and not horse hair like any other car wash. Don’t waste your money and ruin your car. I also paid card and I only got a few minutes. Doesn’t allow you to add time so I had tons of charges just to finish washing my car. Huge waste of money

This place is bad the machines are always busted and when they work there timers are always off or they will eat your quarters. I've been in the middle of rinsing my car off and it will just shut off randomly but it says I still have a few minutes left. The soap brushes will leak all over your hands and they barely push any soap out. If thats not bad enough your paying 3 dollars for 3 minutes and the end result is your car covered in mineral residue because the water is hard.
If i really wana wash my car there is a little car wash in romeo that charges 1.50 for 4-5 minutes and works way better.

The last three times I’ve came to the Addison auto wash put my money in the didn’t work.
It came out like a garden knows
second time no soap in the wash container.
I thought I’d give it another shot on Labor Day 2024 and guess what no soap again
this place is a dump, big time dump

I've not had issues in the past, but this time when I put money in the machine, it ran a few minutes...then, nothing. I had four minutes remaining with no water. There's is no phone number to call for assistance (we looked). There was water leaking into a drain from another garage. Disappointing. The soap to water ratio is also lacking.

I initially had a problem with one of the bays not turning on when I put money in. They were great about getting everything sorted out quickly. Highly recommended!

Pressure 8/10Chemicals to water ratio 2/10Brushes need to be replaced.Need water filters due to hard water at the car wash. Too many water spots.

Great quarter (self) car wash, where you can use a credit card if you don't have coins or cash. I use it often to get dirt and salt off of my suburban in-between regular car washes.

Well, I'll say this the vacuums here really do suck. Yes they do as in sick up everything like a pro. The car wash blows, and when I say blows, the pressure here is amazing except for the last three times I've been here. There has been no soap. If there's place to keep it up, and keep it clean, and actually have soap, I would highly recommend it. However, it doesn't really do the job if you can't get the soap to get it really clean. Thankfully, all I really was looking forward to get the happy mother off from the gravel roads. Good luck!!!!

Manual bays are good. Nice pressure and volume. But auto wash bay is never working. Been down for years. Owners must not care.

Not a fan of a car wash that takes my money buy I get nothing from the sprayer!!! Would be great if they even listed a contact phone number so I could at least get a credit for the money they took from me!! No phone number exists that I can find.sad…
