My family and I attended a camping outing several months ago it seems that our group has been targeted for some reason we’re not happy with the lies that have attached to our group we did no such things that they are accusing us of!!! I do not recommend this park at all!!!!

We thought this was a great park. Only to find out a year later they marked my group down as noisy with multiple complaints. I explained that it wasn't my group it was the group next to mines. They told us we had to remove our personal popup shower and we did immediately with no problem and they noted they told us numerous times. I thought this place was great and am totally shocked that when booking again I received this info. They were willing to let us rent again but after hearing these lies on my group. I will pass on this site. Because we are African Americans I made sure we didn't break any of the rules and yet I feel like we were a target.

This is always a well kept park. The staff is always top notch. Quiet hours seem to be respected by the other guests. The Halloween weekend is always a personal favorite! See you guys next year!

$30 to dump- same price to stay one night. Not fair pricing if you ask me. I loved camping here, just wish the dumping prices were fair.

What an amazing place to camp. The only downfall I see is not having a full hookup.

What a gem of a park. Sites are big with 2 designated parking spots for each site. There are trees scattered through sites but plenty of open area for solar and starlink. Lots of trails a really nice paved trail for younger kids. Lake for fishing they have boat and bike rentals available. The roads are gravel giving the feel that your out in the country camping. Plenty of activities for the kids 2 different playgrounds. Very quiet and enjoyable for just couples. The drive in takes maybe 10 minutes but there is a gas station and small grocery store that sells liquor 2.5 miles away. Lots of deer and other wildlife to view. There are paved sites and gravel sites available.Playground: 2 really nice parks for the kids. Bathroom are located nearby.Restrooms: Clean and each campground loop has a shower and bathroom facilities.Dog-friendliness: Dogs are allowed on the trails and in campground.Picnic area: Many picnic tables throughout the park.

OK, not really the parks fault but OAKLAND COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT. However, it drastically impacts your stay.I stayed 30 days. Park was beautiful, with lots of interaction from deer, trails to walk, trees and had something I hadn't seen before, a wheelchair assisted kayak launch. The campground road is looong, but don't even think about going over 15 mph, the cop hides and will give you a warning.( I was going 20mph). It's peaceful and the staff were very accommodating. They even called when bad weather conditions were predicted. Any loud noise was quickly addressed. Calls requesting assistance were answered immediately.ConsAfter being in the park 30 days, the dump station had no way to hook up a black hose to clean out my tank. See pic for the nozzle. There is no fresh water hookups in the individual sites that I was at and one freshwater hook up about 75 ft away from the dump station. When I contacted staff, they said it was the health department that has not allowed them to use the non-potable water to be able to hook up to a hose. I did share my concern and unfortunately there was nothing they could do. For that and only that reason I would not be back.

Addison Oaks is an amazing park!! It it so well staffed and maintained! The grounds are groomed and safety monitored. We really enjoyed Trails Edge Pavilion and the campground C. Like the activities available and music on weekends.Restrooms: Restrooms are large and very clean a distance away from the Trails Edge PavilionPicnic area: Nice Pavilion at Trails Edge. Had everything we needed. The electric plugs are way up high and require an extension cord. The horseshoe pits were phenomenal!! The bathroom on this one are many steps away but handicap parking is at the site.
