I spoke with him several times, and he even called me back the next day to make sure that I got taken care of and was not stranded. “We broke down south of the Mackinac Bridge and the folks at williams auto picked us up quickly in their tow truck and helped us investigate the problem. Excellent customer service!! They drove us to a nearby hotel and picked us up the next day when our radiator was fixed. Went the extra mile and then some. Highly recommend ?”
