I got an absolutely delicious turkey and brie sandwich on a baguette at the Bliss Store. It’s run by friendly locals. I highly recommend stopping by.

When I was a kid, we would bike to the general store in the burg and see what we could buy with a nickel. This general store is still holding down the fort. Open in the summer. A true hot spot.

Nice little general store with a decent selection. My only complaint is the amount of time the clerk spent on her phone while we were present.

More product needs to be found on the shelves, ex. Milk, butter, bread, staples of life. This store has provided this community with goods for over 100 years without waiver. This needs to be seen still today by putting needed products on the shelves.

Cute place but very unfriendly and zero customer service. We visited twice and the disabled clerk was fairly helpful however the Sunday help never said thank you, come again, or can I help you... totally nonverbal! Unbelievable, not another customer for miles and not one word...

Appeal by Association is the phrase that comes to mind when visiting The Bliss Store. This quaint shop parlayed decades of benign neglect into a gold mine. Out in the middle of nowhere, this little store has been saved by the horsey set. It is close to the polo fields of Bliss. Translation..the shopkeeper is able to sell soft cheeses and other comestables at premium prices. And why not? Caveat-- these cunning foxes have declined to put price tags on many of their soft goods. They also don't want to give you a receipt save for in text or email form. If you don't want to deal with whatever marketing headaches that giving out your personal info out brings... too bad.
