Called set up appointment had to pay $100.00 fee up front. Asked to please call my cell number as I do not live at this residence and I would be there in 5 minutes. Repairman called home phone number left message as he was leaving. Called and rescheduled told he would be in the area on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 didn't know a time. Asked to call my cell phone when leaving Lewiston and I would make sure to be at the house. When I called this morning Wednesday, July 20, 2022 I spoke with Keith (repairman) he told me he was there yesterdday, Tuesday, July 19, 2022 he never called I have checked both land line number and cell phone. We were at the house during the day. I would never recommend this repairman, he was rude and very uncooperative.

If they pull out a tiny rubber cup and tell you "here's your problem" it's not. They fixed nothing.

If you live on a military installation, do not call this business for service - you will be refused. Today and for the first time in my life, I was refused service because I live on a military installation. I let the business explain why, which came down to one bad experience they had in the past with security at a military installation. After hearing this, I explained that their one time sounded like an isolated incident and for my installation, all they had to do was have their vehicle inspected & present a valid drivers license and insurance. I even cited specific businesses and services who had I coordinated with in the past to come onto my base with zero issues. Despite all of this, there was still no consideration and I was refused. On a positive, they did give me a competitor company's number when I asked for a recommendation.
