Great store, nice people. All Pharmacies everywhere have difficulty filling scripts sometimes. If you think someone was rude then you probably were.

I normally always want to shop local stores, but I can no longer give them our business. We have visited this location 6-8 times and every time they have been so rude with zero customer service. In particular the pharmacy. Yes, everyone is busy but that doesn't give them the right to talk to people as if they are dirt... Obviously they don't want customers to return so we'll take our business elsewhere...

The worst service I have ever had from a pharmacy. 2nd day and my prescription is still not filled. First day o was told they were busy with flu shots. Second day they blamed another store for closing. This will be the last time I use there services and will never go back to a rite aid pharmacy anywhere.

What pharmacy don't answer the phone all day! I feel bad for the old folks who didn't get their meds today! Or me who has Diverticulosis and couldn't even start my antibiotics today! What a shame.if you don't have enough staff sut the place down! It's not fair to us!

July 28th @ 9am-ish.The lady with the long gray hair and eye glasses not only treated me as if I was an inconvenience because she wanted to gossip with her co-worker instead of ringing me up - she also went 2 steps further to ensure that I will NEVER buy from this Rite Aid again.****Watch out**** they will add money on your total without your permission!!!!She crammed all of my large bottles with pumps of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, chap stick, & panties liners, in one SMALL thin bag - so that when I walked to my vehicle, the bag busted open from being torn from the pumps. I went back inside and politely asked for 2 bags - so I could properly separate the items and ensure they wouldn't bust again.Then when I got home, I realized SHE intentionally added on .98 cents to my total WITHOUT my permission to a charity.Listen, I am one of the most generous people you would probably ever meet. I donate money, food, and even volunteer on a WEEKLY basis to my local animal shelter. I even foster pets. I also donate regularly to Veterans, I regularly pick up tabs at restaurants anonymously but - I DECIDE who, when, & how much I donate to. No one else.I don't care if you call it being dramatic or not - she stole from me. That's lack of integrity, professionalism, honesty, & good morals.I won't ever go back in that store. And I wondered why she acted so odd when I came back in for my replacement bags - she must've thought that I was coming in for a refund of the .98 cents that SHE STOLE - Because if you take money from someone without their permission- that's stealing!!!I was nothing buy kind to that lady. I understand everyone is allowed to have a bad day, but no.... I didn't deserve to get an attitude for standing in line waiting for her to Call me to the register after she was done gossiping. Then to cram all my items in a tiny bag, then to find out she took my .98 cents WITHOUT my permission!!!

I like that they call me and tell me when my prescription is ready. I like to go inside to see what is new and on sale. It is always so clean and they are always so friendly. If you can't find something someone is close by that you can ask. Always polite and say hi as soon as you come in the door. I feel comfortable shopping and getting my prescriptions there.

We retired here in Lewiston Michigan 6 years ago and we are having a really hard time with the Rite Aid here. I don't think it's the workers themselves but lack of staffing or management. I am waiting for some Antibiotics For over 8 hours now. I have also had to wait for pain medication at least A-day later. After being prescribed them. Ready to take my business elsewhere .

i brought a script from my dr in Okemos,been my doc since 2012,i got tired of passing rite aidevery month so i decided to have it filled there. the man was loud rude as if i was asking for a prescription for crackim glad it happened, been at hillman pharmacy for 7 years now,the people at Hillman pharmacy are great and i consider them friends

Lewiston, MI. -Pharmacists there are very rude because they don't want to take the time or trouble to ck Good RX or other cost savings. They want you to call ahead? Forget that. I don't go there unless I am absolutely desperate. Bunch of grouches. Don't go unless you have to.

Worst rite aid I been in horrible service went in for some pain stuff 2 works were right there as I came in when I went up to the registers there was no one I was I pain and couldn't wait left my stuff to go an hr away for what I needed

My doctor has to call in my son's prescription 7 days before it's due. Then I have to call again 3 Days to remind them to do their job and fill the prescription. I'm lucky if they do it even then. I tried to get a call back to discuss the situation and what the protocol is for requesting a refill on a medication and still have not heard nothing back. Unfortunately my son has to be on a controlled substance for his ADHD, so when they don't fill the prescription or do their job my son, his education, and the school staff are the ones that have to suffer.

This Rite Aid is ridiculous on getting prescriptions on time sometimes it takes days to get a prescription filled I Talk to the store manager to complain he would not give me a complaint number but took down my phone number and was going to have someone call me and it has been 2 weeks and have not received any phone call

HORRIBLE Customer service in the pharmacy, Ana, Kristie, and the funky bunch back there need to learn how to act professional and stop arguing with the customers !! Tired of their bad attitudes, and heaven forbid you ask for a single extra item through the drive-thru they might have a stroke. It's worth driving 35 minutes to Gaylord if you have the time, you'll be treated with respect.
