The gentleman who l purchased my phone from did not connect my phone to the internet and he turned it off, gave it to me and told me l was all set. I got all the way home and had to turn around ago back. He was coming out of the store. I told him he didn't connect my phone to the internet and l couldn't use it. He became defensive and stated that it was working fine when l left and that he put the SIM card in it. Then he said he was on his break and couldn't help me. Very poor customer service. I went in and had to wait for another rep to resolve my issue
