Reviews highlight amazing customer service that is top tier. Sales staff are described as awesome, super nice, straight shooters with no nonsense or sales pressure. They are pleasant to deal with, providing positive energy and being very welcoming. One salesman gave his personal number, replying to every single text quickly, even after hours, and ensured the customer knew all details. The team works efficiently, having everything ready for a quick pickup and completing paperwork in under an hour.
They have lots of inventory and good prices, with staff willing to beat a quoted price. The service extends beyond the sale, with employees like those in the parts department offering helpful assistance freely. When a warranty issue caused minor confusion, the staff took care of the bill, demonstrating great service. Customers report they will be back for their next machine.
I had nothing short of a great experience here. I dealt with Kurt from sales as well as Megan. Both were very honest upfront and I never felt like I was talking to a sales person. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for their products.

We had an exceptional experience at Bright Power Sports. This is our new go-to spot and it’s worth the extra drive for us. Brenden and Kurt were honest, efficient and professional. We can’t thank these guys enough, extremely pleased.
