The way the owner talks to the customer is beyond me. I was inquiring about an incident and he says to me, I quote, “I am the owner and there is no one above me but God”. Called for a tow through State Farm at 630pm. It's now 410am and still no tow. I've been next on the list and 45 minutes out 4 times in that time frame. Horrible business! If I could give negative numbers I would! And I'll cancel State Farm if they ever assign them to me again! Pitiful!Service: Local hauling
