This is the worst pharmacy that exists in the entire state of Michigan. The current African American pharmacist is ruining this place. Expect constant billing mistakes, they rarely answer their phones and if somehow you get through, he'll hang up on you. Get your scripts transferred elsewhere. It is possible to have a pleasant experience at a pharmacy...just not this one.

When you are making plans after midnight. You fine out there local grocery store does not open 24 hours anymore. So you go to Plan B CVS 24 hours. This place is very quiet at night the mood is Suttle and the service is great. I found birthday candles, sugar, and coffee. no note I'm not saying you're going to find everything that you're looking for in a last minute pinch. I mean did I got lucky yes I did but I'm very grateful that the staff here was excellent and was able to help me out,That is all. ChiefBe wise and keep calm and always wish for a stressful and confusion test yourself in life.

Every couple of months I have to wait two to three weeks for my prescriptions. I always receive the same answer, "we're still waiting for it". On their app it says they will contact another CVS to see if they have the medications, yet the staff here refuses to do so. Poor customer service and poor pharmacy. Avoid this location.

Crazy inflated prices, they're basically robbing you. Don't go here, go to literally any other store possible besides cvs.

CVS has a lot of problems between doctors and themselves and I'm almost thinking about switching .if I can't get my high blood pressure medication in 3 days and the pharmacist can't tell me what's going on

My sons Doctor switched his Cardizem medication from Cardizem 120 mg to Cardizem 180 mg so he was only suppose to take the Cardizem 180 mg and Not the Cardizem 120 mg but some young punk who did Not know what he was doing or talking about kept insisting and persisting that the Doctor wanted my son to take both the Cardizem 120 mg with the Cardizem 180 mg together and both my son and I kept tell the young kid who worked there at this CVS in the Drive through that No the Doctor only wanted my son to take the Cardizem 180 mg and Not the Cardizem 120 mg so finally we got sick and tired of arguing with the young kid at CVS in the Drive Thru so we finally just left and drove away and when we went home and told the Doctor the Doctor said that my son was only suppose to take the Cardizem 180 mg and Not the Cardizem 120 mg which we knew the Doctor was correct and that the young punk kid at CVS was absolutely incorrect and wrong which could have been a really Fatal mistake if we were Not paying attention to the prescriptions that CVS only just hands to you in a bag without going through your prescriptions and telling you what prescriptions are always in the bag which they never ever do and they have given us prescriptions that we No longer even take anymore then they try to push you into taking the prescriptions that you No longer take anymore which is BS that they try to do that to you which I believe is illegal that this CVS does this to everyone! SO BEWARE OF THIS CVS PHARMACY ON FORT STREET AND CHAMPAGNE IN LINCOLN PARK, MI AND DO NOT EVER GO HERE!

Slowest CVS Of all time. I've been in here 5 times now and each time I am waiting in life for 15 minutes or more. There's two people in from of me now, the lines hasn't moved and I've been here ten minutes... it's super clean and convenient with everything you could want, but you will be waiting no matter what time it seems

Open 24hrs,, sleet or snow they'll stay open. Super convenient,, walking distance from my house. I get whatever little things I need here all the time. Like nasal sprays, Nyquil, photos,,, sometimes even bread. I do have the CVS care card so I get deals from time time. Yea,, never had a bad experience here yet. Thanks for reading my review. I hope this helps your decision making experience. Enjoy your awesome yelptastic day!

Ok so I frequently go to this CVS because it right around the block from my house, well the front of the store is great the staff is friendly and kind helpful I could go on BUT THE PHARMACY is a whole other story it's like customer service is not a thing they teach at pharmacy school! They ignored me while in the drive thru dropping off a script for my sick kid the amoxicillin is going to take two hours to prepare, I call back and yet another hour to wait. Guess my kids double ear infection can wait till tomorrow for medicine! Seriously looking for a new pharmacy?!!
