These guys were great, Steve took very good care of me and went above and beyond to get a bearing pressed on an axle shaft for my Toyota 4Runner on a very busy day. I feel much safer driving with my 2 children now that I don’t have a leaking axle seal pouring on my brakes and a potential wheel bearing failure thanks to Steve and the shop. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone needing automotive related work, fleet services or anything vehicle related to these guys. 5 out of stars all day, if you need anything done go to this shop, they’re experienced and able to tackle anything you will need. Fair and honest also, do it right the first time and go to Downriver Spring

I had my motor replaced in my 2011 Jeep Wrangler, Chris was wonderful to work with. He kept me updated every step of the way. Their prices were fair and upfront and they got it done allot faster than I thought it would take. 10/10 Definitely going to have them do any other work we might need!

While in for a repair, their inspection found another issue I wasn’t aware of. They sent me pictures of the issue. Then while doing those repairs another issue became evident. That repair was covered by the manufacturer warranty, so it had to be done by the dealership. I couldn’t get in for at least 2 weeks. Steve contacted someone he knew at another dealer and got me in in 3 days. Definitely trustworthy, fair on pricing, and they get the work done quickly.

Funny story—I own two Ford Explorer STs [his and hers], and both developed flex pipe issues around the same time. I purchased Lethal Performance 2.5” flex pipes and initially planned to install them myself. While I was able to remove the factory flex pipes, installing the aftermarket ones turned out to be far more difficult than expected.
I contacted Downriver Springs, and they were able to handle the installation without any issues. The first vehicle was completed the same day, and the second was finished and ready for pickup the following day. Considering how busy they are, the turnaround time was completely reasonable and what you would expect from a high-quality repair facility.
Labor pricing was fair and transparent, especially given the difficulty of the install and the level of workmanship provided. Overall, excellent service and a shop I would confidently recommend.
