I am a 3 year customer and couldn't be happier with the service.And the overall attitude and service the people there is absolutely amazing,and Sam especially is a very pleasant person and is a very helpful Every time I've ever had any difficulties with my medications or doctor or anything. He was able to solvethe situation and take care of it for me without any aggravation and always with a smile.

Helped me when I needed it the most. Everybody is very nice, not only over the phone but in person too. I'm so glad I was told about Family Care Pharmacy. They really do treat you like family. No 2 hour waits for 1 prescription, thank you.

Family care pharmacy provides A1 service to their patients! The owner/Pharmacist is very kind and very helpful and accommodating to his patients! I called in a panic looking for a new pharmacy as the one I had been using for over 2 years did not take my insurance anymore and was charging me very high prices for my medications and I was scared I was not going to be able to afford my medications anymore. The Pharmacist at Family Care told me to come on in and when I arrived I was taken care of immediately and had my medications in no time for an absolutely amazing price! I would definitely recommend if you want A1 fast kind amazing service!If only everyone treated their customers this kind the world would be a much more wonderful place!

Outstanding customer service. A pharmacy and business which all others should strive to be like! I've been a customer here since 2017. Never any problems. The staff is always courteous, willing to help, and patient no matter the day or time. Just superb service. Very highly recommended

I thought that there was no generic for my medication, my doctor said to check with my insurance, my (big name) insurance company and previous (big name) pharmacy was no help. After moving to this pharmacy the pharmacist suggested a generic option, I checked with my doctor and he said that would be fine. This is saving me a lot of money every month!

Courtesy, respect, friendliness, cleanliness, readiness and speed. This is what you get here. Pharm. D Sam Atto answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Thank you Pharm. D Atto and the entire staff of the Family Care Pharmacy of Lincoln Park.
