I have had so many negative experiences at this Kroger. A vehicle hit my truck and left while I was in the store and the staff didn't even want to give me the video footage to file a claim with my insurance. Another time, I went in store to return an item I got from my pickup order and the item was smashed, the customer service line had about 12 people waiting in line and right next to the line near the cake freezers are two managers just talking away acting like this long line isn't there instead of helping their team. Most recently, I placed another pick up order and not only was I given old produce, but the woman doing the pickup orders told me I HAD to use the "I'm on my way" feature in the app next time because "not always is an employee standing at the door ready to bring your order out." Laugh out loud, please just do your job. This is the worst Kroger in all of southeast Michigan. I avoid this place at all costs. Also, kroger nor LPPD have access to them goofy cameras in the parking lot, so, if you get robbed, hit by another vehicle, or anything else, good luck getting that footage because no one knows who has access to them.

Went here tonight to pick up a couple snacks for movie night. Big mistake.100 people in the store and only 3 cashier's. 2 cashiers ringing people up and 4 U scan open. Terrible experience! Took over 30 minutes to get out. This store is not a pleasant place to shop. Very disappointed..

This is my favorite Kroger to shop in. I like the layout and everything is easy to find. They have the brown rice noodles I Love ! Everyone is always so down to earth and helpful. From security to cashiers, stockers to the bottle return guy

Sold my wife blatantly expired food. Zero star, store needs corporate attention..I don't believe you should have to check your items for expiration dates when shopping for fresh food..it is 1/30/24 the hummus she purchased expired 12/23/23. Disgusted at this. Do something about this, it was eaten by her and she's now sick.

Great product, with all do respect to all hard working employees, I have to admit the self service customer service representative, not very helpful . Specifically when it comes to making purchase of WIC products , my latest incident when I asked the self service representative to explain to me the massage on payment process , she tell me why you making a WIC perches if I don’t know how to use it, !!! And also she announced that she don’t know how this WIC process works. I respectfully respect everyone working in this location, I think training for the WIC program will be very helpful .Best regards.

Jan.8, 9am: Paul in bottle return was very helpful. For 3 months now Kroger brand Dr.K cans STILL not recognized in automatic bottle machine. Paul walked with me to service counter & tried to get attention of BOTH of his coworkers. Neither one had any customers. Both ‘ladies’ ignored Paul, then one was downright rude to him. After Paul’s 3rd attempt to get the attention of the lady buried in her computer, she rudely said, “Ok Paul I heard you, there’s nothing I can do.” The attitudes of both ladies were downright discourteous, demeaning & degrading.

I ordered a chicken, mashed potato, corn party size dinner for 20 co workers 3 hrs before my meeting and luncheon was supposed to start I get a call stating they could not fill my mashed potato and corn order. I got irritated with the lady that called said this was a joke you are a Grocery store and I placed this order 2 weeks ago and you need to complete this order. She told me I could go get the microwaveable corn and potato’s and fill my own order. Told her it wasn’t what I pd for and they should do it and to have my order ready when it was scheduled. She said I would have talk to my manager to see what we could do. Hour went by didn’t hear anything so I went up to store myself and asked for Manager. Lavon came up to me said he didn’t know anything about it and and went back to talk to lady in deli dept. (Norma) said everything is taken care of and will be able to pickup at normal time. Lavon handled it well and was happy he stepped in. Went back an hour and a half later to pickup food, while waiting in line older lady in front was asking for so salami and other meats and lady behind counter kept saying no we don’t have it everyone’s coming in hear last minute to get their meat you should have come in sooner we got nothing but ham. Upset the lady in front of me how rude she was. She called next in line and I said I was here to pickup my 12:00 ores and first thing out of her mouth was “Oh your the trouble maker” I was shocked that came out of her mouth and continued to be rude to me while getting my food together. Saying comments to her coworkers. As I received my last tray of food she said “ next time don’t be so rude and have to complain to our mgr.” I could not believe the mouth on this lady. It all started when she was telling me she had to cancel part of my food order 3 hrs before my luncheon and you are a grocery store that has all this available. This lady needs to have a customer service check and should not be working around the public. Your going to lose a lot of business and the fact she is working with food is scary to what she may be capable of doing.I have been it retail for 25 yrs and have got my share of complaints but this stands out to be one of my worst experiences I have had and don’t want to see your company or store take a hit due to one persons bad attitude.Thank you

They close too early ? couldn't get my bonus points 5 minutes until 10pm and they were closed. Also the deli closes way too people are just getting off work at 7 pm and they are closed. I rushed the other day and they were closed at 6:45 p.m.
