I've lived in Dearborn 32 years. This store has been awful since the day it opened. The aisles are too narrow. The shelves are frequently empty & not restocked for over a day. The layout especially around the bread aisles is counter intuitive. It's difficult to find items. It is very dirty. The fresh produce section is extremely awkward. It's easy to miss items - particularly with the fruit. The fruit is divided into various sections that make no sense. If I want Bananas, I have to wait until I'm done with the entire fresh produce aisle to access them. I live 0.6 miles from it & have to use it on occasion. I try very hard to go anywhere else.

The dirtiest store I've ever been in. Never any shopping carts. 20 carts filled with returned product. Need to close down and put in a grocery store that cares

Getting more grimy by the day. Carts are nasty. Parking lot always dirty Meijer is just down the road. You're better off. Just driving a little bit longer.

They double the price of everything then have no workers on staff. Customers walking out with their groceries because they are not trying to wait an hour to pay with lines down the grocery aisle.

highlights of Kroger's let me see well there's always at least 300 people trying to take bottles back that's pretty fast second the store is so small it seems like it gets fully compacitated by an hour after it opens I'm talking shoulders shoulder I guess that's being friendly and you could say goodbye to the covid restrictions at Kroger's people don't wear their masks they don't care about social distancing this is the lines are so long I stood in customer service yesterday for 45 minutes and that's pretty bad but yeah Kroger's is good you should come

What a DUMP!! Never have what you need. They only had 5 flavors of Yoplait yogurt on the shelf. WTH? They were out of 3 other items I wanted. The guy at the self checkout, Bruce, had the personality of a doorknob. So rude. Could not even be bothered to acknowledge any customers because he was busy yapping to other employees. I only went in there because I was in the area. NEVER AGAIN! A real DUMP!

Hey folks you not with the program at Kroger Fuel. Get with it, I get $420 FREE gas every year. Yes a Buck off a gallon fills both ride's for a month 35 gallons. So 35x12 equal 420 got it. I mainly purchase the Gift Card's when 4x the points always once per month. So $200 bucks worth Amazon, Ebay, Lowe's and dozens of restaurant card's are easy to spend equal 800 points or 80 cent off a gallon. The rest is spent on groceries at Kroger Milk Eggs Meat's n more. So what you waiting for I just filled up $1.89 gallon how much you paying.

i was returning some cans & bottles. There was a young man ( Kroger employee)working there. He was doing a fantastic job with servicing the equipment and handling the "customers " with style.

You're better off with the self check out! Cashiers are rude and incompetent they'll bag up your stuff and walk away to go talk to the other cashier before I picked up my bags! So I missed one of my bag and lost out NO REFUND NO APOLOGIZE!! Meijer's as better prices I go there the most!!!

The handicap carts are never charged (even when they say they are), and are broke (steering issues). The staff is rude. The lines are long. They have many staff on the floor but not helping at check out. During this corona virus mess they have 2 lanes open knowing a rush is present. LONG LINES WITH NO HAND SANITIZER AT THE CHECK OUT!!!Then the are limiting everyone to 3 packs or water and tissue. I’m in a handicap cart so the case of water wouldn’t fit. I had someone else carry it for me the cashier said “no I can’t ring you up”. So I suggested she come carry the water for me. Horribly operated!
