This is by far the worst bank I've ever been to. The staff is not friendly or professional in any way, you can't even go into the building itself anymore they won't even open the doors to inform you they just yell at you through the glass and tell you to go to the drive thru. The number they have listed does not connect you to their office at all so don't waste your time with the automated message. So if you have any questions or concerns that need to be handled just know you can't call, and you can't go to the building itself, anything you need has to be done in the drive through. They've also made me wait 6 months to get my debit card because I had a FOUR DOLLAR over draft on my last account. I'm definitely cutting ties with them asap

I don't recommend this Credit Union I was told to walk through the drive-thru to do my banking do you know how embarrassing that is ...especially when you've just walked to get there

I signed up for overdraft when I opened this account. for over a year now u have been ripping off an old lady who lives atpoverty level.. every month I loose money to u and can't pay my bills. I've lost everything internet, car, car and house insurance.. ur agent stated I have to come in and re sign up.. I can't get a ride. every time I call and ask/beg u to fix what u messed up I'm told they can't do it.. I have my bank account number and other personal stuff. anyone else have that info. ...please do something about this mess. give me back my overdraft. u take almost 500 a month because of 2500 charges when my my auto payments go through. I only get 773.00 a month. shame on u people for stealing from an old woman .u just charged me 25.00 for a 4.95 auto payment. I'm sick of u. if I could get a ride I would close this account

I joined this credit union and I got a new account with everything as it should be, no hidden fees, tellers are Christian like and very polite and it's like being in the same family. I wish everyone had a credit union like this one. I love my credit union!

Have had an account here since the mid 70's. Through the years I have or currently use different banking systems. This facility is the BEST!!!!! ... That is WHY.... after over 40 years... LPCCU is my GO TO!!!

This is the worst Bank ever they look for reasons not To cash your checks or allow you to withdraw money every employee here is rude and they really need to learn how to be a little bit nicer to People. They actually deserves 0 stars. this is worst bank ever!!!!!!

I really wish I could screenshot my checking history and post it on here. these people charged me an overdraft fee because of their computers didn't process my money in time. It showed money in my account but when I used my card it put me in the red. I said something to the ladies about the two second difference and what did they do? Waited until I transferred my money into savings and charged me my monthly $5 fee which put me in the red again this week. Lol!

Very rude people because I didnt have a account with them tried to cash a check wrote on behalf of one of there customer couldn't cash till the lobby opens at 930 so I come back again and get finally get the check cashed just to be greeted with a very rude like my business wasnt worth his time needs to check his attitude was happy to help the next person I'm assume was a regular due to knowing there name never will accept any checks or any business from them again or their customers sorry but whatever

Be VERY VERY VERY careful with this credit union. My sister paid her taxes for the city of Lincoln Park here last summer. She did NOT have the bill with her to get stamped, which is the receipt. They DON'T write receipts the stamp is your 'receipt' which is SO d**** So if you DON'T have the bill, you DON'T get a stamp, so you have NO proof that you paid your taxes! My sister paid CASH and the man working was able to pull up the public records for the city of Lincoln Park and tell her the total. He did some typing on the computer and assured my sister her taxes were paid! GUESS what- my sisters taxes are delinquent and NOT PAID for the last summer. That money has disappeared and now my sister has to come up with the money AGAIN. The cameras in the building supposedly do NOT record so there is NO way to prove that she walked into the bank. My sister does not remember the exact day that she was there, But it doesn't matter because she cant prove that she walked inside even though my MOM was waiting in the car. My sister has talked to a private investigator to see if he can do anything. He's trying to find out if there are any cameras that DO record in the parking lot area around the credit union itself to show that my sister was there. (There are businesses around the credit union). My sister had just been awarded money in a settlement at this time last summer and had A LOT of money in the bank. Why would someone who has 35K in their bank not pay their taxes? SO PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT PAY CASH. Always write a CHECK OR pay your taxes ONLINE. Hopefully the private investigator can get to the BOTTOM of WHO's POCKET my sisters TAX MONEY went INTO.

They are racist last week I went in I asked the guy about opening up a joint account he went in the back they didn't see my face they told him to tell me what to bring when I came back to actually open up the account then they had to come from in the back to come and see who I was it took them 15 20 minutes they got on the phone calling people going in the back asking questions came back out and told me I couldn't open up the account they don't open up joint accounts but last week they told me they do but once they saw that I was black they told me they don't open up accounts like that SMDH but this the world we live in
