I drive from Riverview, just to come to this location. Trust is huge with me, and rapport. Customer service here is impeccable. I can singleout one staff member because they're all amazing. Thank guys for always maintaining your high customer service standards!!!

I said my budget was $125.00 she said OKDidn't take the time to show me , phones available at that price on the counter .Went in the back came out with one phoneSaid this is allDon't get me wrong it's a nice Samsung galaxy. But she didn't ask me what plan I wanted or if I wanted the insurance on itShe took upon herself to put me in a high monthly plan & add the insurance.When I called customer service about my plan , they told me this .I took off the $10.00 insuranceAlso customer service told me the plans available to which , my sales lady didn'tCustomer service offered me a $25.00 a month plan , which the sales lady didn't.Sorry to say your sales lady at this store was wrong for what she did to me as a customerVERY UNPROFESSIONAL AS A SALES PEESON AT YOUR STORE ..I like this store because it's 3 blocks from my house it's closeBut for how unfairly I was treated as a customer it was wrong of her ..I was thinking about buying a tablet from your store , but I'm thinking why should because how this sales lady treated meIf I do is she gonna treat me the same way on the tablet purchase , as she did when I purchased my phone ????????Please tell me

Need to learn better English.. very hard to understand. Refused to help me I told me to call Metro by T-Mobile cuz it was a $25 fee and he would not wave it and Metro by T-Mobile over-the-phone wood. Which makes no sense.

Super tiny location with a big heart! My friend had a problem with her iphone within less than 5 minutes he fixed it and told us to have a nice day! He was very friendly and helpful.

Not very helpful or honest. Told to look up phone specs online when asking about them. Told 2 different prices, then when I spoke up and said I was told a lesser price the previous day the woman says she will honor it.

Very bad experience the agent was rude, aggressive, and argumentative. Refused to unlock my SIM card after I paid the 500 dollar phone off and wouldn’t assist my problem either. Wouldn’t recommend Metro PCS at all. Little more pricey but way way better quality is Verizon
